The privacy policy for Memoir Wall Saga, an app by SumVi AI.
We never see your moments. No accounts. No tracking. We have no servers. We gather no user data — what you make in Memoir is written to the app's storage on your phone, and we never receive a copy. There are no third-party SDKs, analytics, or ad networks in the app.
What Memoir sends: an App Store update check carrying the app's identifier only; purchases; and — only when you choose it — a moment shared directly to a nearby phone over the local network, touching no server, ours or anyone's.
Purchases are one-time and handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.
AI. Memoir's intelligent features are built on Apple Intelligence.
Some features use Apple's Private Cloud Compute, which processes your request on Apple silicon without storing it. Either way, your content never reaches us.
Diagnostics. The optional Diagnostics report contains status codes only — no content, no names, no file paths — and leaves your phone only if you choose to mail it to us.
Children. We collect personal data from no one, so we knowingly collect none from children. Memoir requires no account and asks for no personal information at any age.
This policy describes what our app does. It does not speak for Apple, for services you choose to send your content to, or for any other third party. Content you share becomes subject to the privacy terms of wherever you send it.
