Kesh Privacy
The privacy policy for Kesh, an app by SumVi AI.
We never see your notes. No accounts. No tracking. We have no servers. We gather no user data — what you make in Kesh is written to the app's storage on your phone, and we never receive a copy. There are no third-party SDKs, analytics, or ad networks in the app.
What Kesh sends: an App Store update check carrying the app's identifier only, and purchases.
Purchases are one-time and handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.
Voice and AI. When you dictate, your iPhone transcribes on-device whenever it can; when on-device recognition isn't available, Apple processes the audio under Apple's privacy terms. We receive neither the audio nor the text.
Kesh's intelligent features are built on Apple Intelligence.
Some features use Apple's Private Cloud Compute, which processes your request on Apple silicon without storing it. Either way, your content never reaches us.
The Vault is encrypted on your device with a key that never leaves it, and is excluded from iCloud backup. There is no Vault export — the key cannot travel, so an exported file could never be opened.
Diagnostics. The optional Diagnostics report contains status codes only — no content, no names, no file paths — and leaves your phone only if you choose to mail it to us.
Children. We collect personal data from no one, so we knowingly collect none from children. Kesh requires no account and asks for no personal information at any age.
This policy describes what our app does. It does not speak for Apple, for services you choose to send your content to, or for any other third party. Content you share becomes subject to the privacy terms of wherever you send it.
Effective date: set at publication. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions: sumviai.com/contact.
